- Plan, organize, develop, and implement occupational therapy services in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
- Assist residents in achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Participate in discharge planning, resident assessments (e.g., MDS), and development of care plans.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, resident files, and progress notes.
- Interpret and instruct staff, residents, and families on therapy policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Current license and registration to practice as an OT in the relevant state.
- Current malpractice insurance and a license in good standing.
- Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude when working with residents and staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Salary : $45 - $52
