Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a LPN to join a healthcare team in a full-time role, working 36-40 hours weekly, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional rotating Saturday mornings.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Administering and recording vaccines.
• Documenting patient conversations and clinical information accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining efficient patient flow and preparing patients for visits.
• Obtaining specimens such as urine and blood as directed.
• Entering orders into lab systems and performing clinical procedures like PFT, EKG, nebulizer treatments, medication administration, and immunizations.
• Processing prescriptions and discussing test results with patients per provider instructions.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous experience in a medical practice or as a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with EMR experience.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, infection control, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
