Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Responsibilities: Provide clinical care to residents, develop and update care plans, administer medications accurately, supervise care associates, assess residents' conditions, participate in care meetings, respond professionally to residents and families, and review clinical indicators. Build relationships with residents and families, and perform other duties as assigned by RN leaders.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care; valid LPN license; CPR certification; passion for senior care; experience with electronic medical records preferred.
