LPN Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
- Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not required
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
- Monitor residents’ health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance
- Flexible scheduling – Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
