- Assisting with physical examinations, administering medications via various routes, and performing skilled nursing procedures such as dressings, trach care, tube feedings, and oxygen administration.
- Providing direct nursing care, including positioning, feeding, hygiene, and treatment administration, while observing and recording residents' conditions and responses.
- Supervising and guiding direct care providers, ensuring adherence to care plans and goals.
- Maintaining accurate resident records, participating in team meetings, and completing reports.
- Valid Ohio Practical Nurse license.
- Knowledge of nursing care, medication administration, and resident assessment.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Ability to supervise staff, maintain detailed documentation, and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
