Home Health Clinical Manager

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager leads clinical operations in a home health setting, overseeing patient care, staff management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical activities, review referrals, and assign clinicians to ensure patient needs and standards are met.
• Support, educate, and guide clinicians in care planning, clinical decision-making, and goal-setting.
• Ensure documentation, audits, and billing comply with Medicare, payer, and company standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Conduct ongoing staff education based on review findings and performance data.
• Coordinate communication among physicians, team members, and caregivers for care coordination and discharge planning.
• Engage in quality improvement, data tracking, budgeting, marketing, and community outreach.
• Provide direct patient care occasionally and act as Branch Director in their absence.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• OASIS experience and at least two years of home health nursing, with management experience preferred.

Compensation varies based on location and experience, with a salary range of $77,200 - $106,200 annually.
