What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team
- Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing
- Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians

- Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse, RN, Physical Therapist, PT, Occupational Therapist, OT, or Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist, SLP.
- 1 year of Medicare Home Health experience required; Experienced field Home Health RN, PT, OT, or SLP encouraged to apply!
