Assistant Nurse Manager - Pediatric Critical Care Transport

Seeking an RN with neonatal/pediatric critical care experience for a leadership role.

This position oversees daily operations, education, and clinical activities of transport registered nurses. Responsibilities include managing staffing, performance evaluations, and ensuring quality patient care tailored to age and developmental needs. The role involves staff hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews, as well as contributing to departmental budgeting and operational goals.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• 3 years of pediatric transport or critical care experience in NICU, PICU, or Pediatric ER
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Preferred: 5 years in pediatric transport, critical care, or neonatal ICU, and a BSN
