Job Overview
Position: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Depositions and some Trial Work:
- Discovery: Manage the discovery process, including document review, interrogatories, and preparing/defending depositions.
- Advocacy: Conduct and defend hearings, mediate disputes, and actively participate in trial preparation and execution.
- Legal Research: Utilize legal research tools like LexisNexis or Westlaw to analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Client Relations: Advise clients on legal risks and strategies, providing regular updates on case progression.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
- Mandatory experience in personal injury litigation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Deposition and Trial experience mandatory.
