Our client is seeking a 2-5 years experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.

- Manage approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with paralegal support.
- Handle all litigation phases including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
- Oversee settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and related parties.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- 2-5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience required.
- Active Texas Bar license required.
- Strong experience in depositions, mediations, and trial work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume litigation caseload.
