As a litigation attorney at Anderson Injury Lawyers, you will manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury cases. You’ll be responsible for overseeing each case from filing through discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial when necessary. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with the support of a dedicated paralegal team.
- Lead all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Negotiate and communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop winning litigation strategies and further your legal skills.
- 2-4 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, mediations, and trial work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload efficiently.
- $150,000 base salary, with additional performance-based bonuses.
