What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast COOK/PREP position at PERRY BROTHERS OIL?
Breakfast Shift- Responsible for cooking and preparing food in a fast-paced environment. This employee will also work one-on-one with customers and other coworkers and must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. This employee will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the food preparation area(s).
- Cook/prepare food for customers.
- Keep the workplace clean and sanitized.
- Ensure all products are frequently rotated based on the first use date.
- Ensure ServSafe protocols are being followed.
- Ensure inventory stays properly up to date.
- Have a ServSafe Certification or be willing to achieve a ServSafe certification.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must work well with others
- Willingness to learn and maintain proper food preparation practices
- Must be able to keep clean facilities in the work environment
- Basic understanding of computers/cash register
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented
