You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
What Will You Will Do In This Role
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
- 1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units *ONLY MED-SURG EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE
- If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
- If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License)
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
Salary : $43
