Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
- Identify, target, and establish relationships with large CPG companies in the food and beverage market.
- Manage and expand existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to deliver customized packaging solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of sales experience in rigid and/or flexible packaging, specifically selling to large food and beverage CPGs.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a sales territory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
