HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Surgical RN to fill an opening in Gainesville, FL.
Daily Responsibilities For Medical Surgical RN
- Gather relevant health data and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advocate for the patient.
- Analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes, and create personalized care plans.
- Ensure patient safety, efficient care, and provide education and support to patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
- Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience – Must be currently practicing in Med/Surg
- BLS
- Medical, Vision and Dental coverage with little to no co-pays
- 401(k) plan with 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay
