Key Tasks
Lead, coordinate and support infrastructure activities related to their region and domain.
In Consultation And Collaboration With IT Architects And Other Colleagues, Maintain The IT Infrastructure From Both An Operational And Technical Perspective
Leading and coordinating infrastructure initiatives
Acting as tier3 / third line support in the region
Training of service desk staff and infrastructure technicians
Leading and planning and lifecycle activities related to their domain.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Supporting projects from an infrastructure perspective

Your Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
ITIL Foundation
Experience of managing standard software like Microsoft, client platforms, cloud services, servers, network and storage as well as operating systems, virtual environments, AD, DNS, TCP/IP.
Experience of managing an IT service delivery. (e.g. ITIL, project management models, etc)
Experience of ITSM and ITIL-based service desk systems
Project management experience
Experience working with multiple third-party outsourcing service providers is a plus
Developer or architecture related work experience
Other Qualifications Or Experiences.
