Associate Sales Representative - Northern Ohio

Key Tasks
To provide sales support to the field sales staff.
-Support Regional VP, Area and Territory sales managers with daily sales activities.
-Initiate contact with assigned customers to encourage better working relationships and positively
influence sales.
-Conduct product in-services sessions, product repairs, as required.
-Serve as liaison between Territory Sales Managers and Customer Support; assist in resolving customer
complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations
to management.
-Monitor sales trends and evaluate sales performance for customer/dealer, area or region; study existing
and potential volume of dealers.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by seeking to improve product offerings of Permobil and
its subsidiaries.
-May be assigned cross-functional tasks in order to broaden business acumen knowledge.

Your Background
-High school diploma or GED; college level education completion is preferred.
-Will be expected to complete ATP on-line preparatory course and meet requirements to sit for ATP exam
-3 or more years of experience working directly with internal order processing, procurement, logistics,
product assembly, sales support or customer service.
