Key Responsibilities
- Draft insurance coverage opinions and analyze coverage issues
- Handle litigation involving insurance coverage and bad faith claims
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
- Take depositions and appear in court proceedings
- Draft motions, briefs, and client reports
- Maintain consistent client communication and reporting
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of litigation experience
- Experience in insurance coverage or related practice areas preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
- Admission to the Tennessee Bar is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $145,000 – $165,000
