Position Description:
Our client is seeking an employment litigation attorney to join its growing, management‑side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice. Candidates should have two to six years of experience handling federal and state labor and employment law matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, trade secrets, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, PAGA, and comparable state statutes.
Ideal candidates will have experience across all phases of litigation, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored information, drafting pleadings and motion practice, preparing briefs, taking and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances.
Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law matters is strongly preferred.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Admission to practice law in Illinois is required.
