Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
- Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and depositions
- Draft motions, briefs, and client reports
- Participate in mediations and settlement discussions
- Maintain consistent client communication and reporting
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of litigation experience
- Experience with construction, New York Labor Law, or premises liability preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
- Admission to the New York Bar is required; New Jersey admission is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000 – $150,000
