Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking and payments industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of high-quality financial solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Work on payment systems, transaction processing, and banking workflows
• Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking and/or payments domain
• Strong knowledge of payment systems (ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, card payments, etc.)
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML, KYC)
• SQL or data analysis experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
