Qualifications
• 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technolog services
• Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on prem and public cloud
• Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
• Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (TIL) framework
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate subject (e.g. mathematics, engineering, computing science)
• Experience with Control M and Autosys Scheduler
• Experience with relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries
• Experience working with UNIX/Linux platforms - Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Proficiency with incident and problem management best practices including resource coordination, stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, and incident post mortems
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Working knowledge of public cloud
• Demonstrated knowledge of Networking/Infrastructure
• Experience supporting public/private cloud-based, Java, or e-commerce applications a plus
• AWS certifications preferred (Cloud Practitioner, Architect, and/or Developer Associate)
• Working knowledge of Grafana and Tableau is a plus
