Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Polyurethane Technician to perform polyurethane foam injections for foundation stabilization, void filling, and concrete lifting. This role requires hands-on experience, technical skill, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
•    Perform polyurethane foam injections for: 
o    Concrete lifting and leveling 
o    Void filling and soil stabilization 
o    Foundation repair applications 
•    Operate and maintain polyurethane injection equipment 
•    Assess job sites and determine appropriate injection strategies 
•    Read and interpret job specifications and plans 
•    Ensure proper material handling and mixing procedures 
•    Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers 
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
•    Document job progress and completion details 
•    Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines 
 

•    2 years of experience in polyurethane injection or similar foundation repair work 
•    Experience with slab lifting, soil stabilization, or geotechnical applications preferred 
•    Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
•    Ability to operate specialized equipment and tools 
•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
•    Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
•    Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks 
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred Skills
•    Experience with foundation repair systems (piers, pilings, etc.) 
•    CDL (a plus, but not required) 
•    Knowledge of soil conditions and structural stabilization techniques 
•    Leadership experience or ability to lead a crew
