What are the responsibilities and job description for the Polyurethane Technicians position at Uretek USA?
URETEK is the industry leader in pavement and soil stabilization. We specialize in using polyurethane for our UDI processes.
URETEK is currently looking to hire experienced Geotechnical Polyurethane Technicians. Applicants w/CDL A or B preferred!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Help to drill holes (Hilti rotary drill) and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Put together job site necessary equipment and tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Assist craft workers.
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up.
- Back-fill trenches and pits when necessary.
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL!
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants with Class A or B CDL must have at least 1 year OTR experience.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather (day shift and night shift).
- Ability to work out of town for (3) weeks at a time.
- Workers must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
- Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and other job requirements.

ADDITIONAL PERKS AND BENEFITS:
- Hourly pay starts at $16.00.
- Hourly pay for applicants w/CDL A or B starts at $18.50 (DOE).
