Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to develop and sell in the Northeast market. Applicants should live in or around Philadelphia, New Jersey, or New York City. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting sales presentations, coordinating with clients to identify their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities
- Knowledge or experience in B2B sales and account management
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and strategize effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and standard sales software
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Pavement Repair, DOT and/or Utility Sales and construction materials industries is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales region 80% of your time.
