Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers at the counter with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Open and/or close the location, including securing the building and handling keys
- Handle cash, credit transactions, and point-of-sale (POS) system operations
- Support kitchen and prep staff during peak service hours
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe counter and dining area
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service, counter service, or a quick-service restaurant (QSR) preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy — key holder responsibility requires dependability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one

Salary : $17 - $19
