Position Details
The Adult Days Services Assistant is responsible for carrying out the planned program, assisting with the personal care of our clients, activities, active games, group discussion, recording certain client and program information.
- Perform all necessary daily responsibilities, including, but not limited to: transferring, toileting, dressing, bathing, and assistance with eating, medication assistance and other delegated tasks specific to the participant plan of care.
- Carry out planned program activities as directed such as leading an exercise and discussion group
- Participate in set up/clean up of lunches and snacks.
What You Offer
- High school diploma or equivalent and Registered Nursing Assistant by the State of Minnesota (previous experience not required).
- Ability to learn how to operate patient care equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
- Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
- Must be First Aid, CPR and AED certified or willing to obtain.

- Casual Position Available
- Day Shift - 8am-4:30pm
