We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Mobile, Alabama office and support the continued growth of our contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with strong relationship-building skills, a proven ability to identify and attract qualified candidates, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Create and manage job advertisements on recruiting platforms and social media
- Conduct applicant assessments, reference checks, and employment verifications
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records within the company's recruiting systems
- Meet established recruiting and placement goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
- Staffing agency recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for industrial, skilled trades, administrative, or professional positions
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Demonstrated success in achieving hiring and placement objectives
