Responsibilities
- Leads all phases of Perficient's Organizational Change Management Methodology including discovery to define, design, enable, and measure success of the change strategy
- Leads and assists subordinate (Perficient or client) Change resources in project delivery
- Interfaces and communicates with all levels of Perficient project resources and stakeholders
- Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in delivery of change management
- Previous consulting experience
- Advanced degree/education preferred
- Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
- Management Consulting and project management experience
- Strong client management and executive level communications skills
- Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition
- Fluent and current on Change Management trends
- Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-user training (web-based authoring experience preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to Executives
- Experience working work a globally distributed team
- Desire to mentor team members and develop their skills
- Experience leading internal teams
- Change Management certification preferred
- Be independent, self driven and comfortable with ambiguity
- Flexible to travel to client or Perficient locations
- BA/BS degree in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field required or 7 to 10 years of experience in a Change Management role.
