Our team is a tightly knit family style operation working in a casual, safe working atmosphere where performance and results are second to none. Due to unprecedented growth in 2025 we are expanding our operations and looking for skilled motivated people to join us.
About this Role:
Looking to add Print Production Specialists to oversee the print production and mail fulfillment process for our clients. The Print Production Specialist will be responsible for capturing the print and mail fulfillment needs of clients and working with internal business owners and third party vendors to successfully execute the client’s requests. The Print Production Specialist will be the subject matter expert for the client for all things related to the print and mail process. Our clients will look to this person to guide them through the production process and ensure that all requirements and timelines are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the print production and mail fulfillment process, taking a project from conception to completion.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work directly with the client to define print and mail fulfillment requirements.
Develop project documents to be shared with the client, internal business owners and third party vendors (e.g., Bill of Materials, Statements or Work, etc)
Primary contact for third party print vendor to oversee all aspects of print and mail production (e.g., quoting, artwork submission, proofing, tracking, reviewing invoices…).
Work with internal business owners and clients to obtain print ready artwork and distribution lists needed for projects.
Document and track all requirements to ensure project timeline and client’s requests are met.

Ability to understand new concepts quickly.
Highly resourceful at researching, gathering and interpreting information from various sources.
Comfortable with aggressive deadlines.
Self-manages multiple, simultaneous projects and keeps organized.
Takes in feedback and direction to deliver the best product.
Ability to work independently or with a team
Leverages department tools and processes effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred but not essential
Communication skills required
5 years’ experience in managing projects, with print production and mail fulfillment
highly proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
