Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with product or service information, sales opportunities, and account management to enhance their experience.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Enter and update customer data accurately in our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications.
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement, contributing to ongoing service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
- Prior experience in call centers or customer support roles is advantageous; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with active listening capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with call center operations or customer service environments is desirable; analysis skills are beneficial for understanding customer needs.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
