s• Assist residents with lease/renewal signing online or in perso
n• Ensure printed documents are provided to concierge to place in Luxor Locker
s• Scan and/or save move in files to shared drive and post on and create paper file/folde
r• Show new move in location of amenities and assist with move in app
s• Update emails and phone numbers for current resident
s• Confirm COI with concierge and file in electronic folder
s• Ensure renters insurance has correct liability amount and interested party liste
