A well-established organization in the agricultural industry is seeking a Sales and Project Manager to drive revenue growth and oversee projects from initial client engagement through completion. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and project execution, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize conversion of leads into sales revenue while generating referral and repeat business
- Provide estimates, product knowledge, and recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership regarding sales performance, goals, and margins
- Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies with both prospective and existing clients
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Expand business through networking and strategic partnerships to increase customer retention
- Support decision-making related to drafting and blueprint development (internally and externally)
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial sale through project completion
- Prepare construction estimates by reviewing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to accurately compute project costs
- Develop, negotiate, and implement agreements with new and existing clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve processes
- Support site visits, including gathering measurements and documenting project progress
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
