Server Team Member

Job Summary

We are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and highly skilled Server /Bartender to join our team, serve our loyal customer base, and maintain the fast, fun vibe of our establishment.

Duties

• Mix & Serve: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and house guidelines.
• Guest Experience: Greet customers warmly, take drink/food orders, offer expert recommendations, and engage in friendly conversation to build regular rapport.
• Compliance & Safety: Verify customer identification to meet legal drinking age requirements, monitor alcohol consumption, and intervene appropriately to prevent intoxication.
• Operations: Accurately process cash and credit transactions using our POS system, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service ensuring seamless coordination between food and beverage delivery.
• Inventory: Restock bar inventory, prepare garnishes, and unload stock deliveries.
• Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, present menus, and guide them to their tables.
• Taking Orders: Answer menu questions, explain daily specials, note dietary restrictions or allergies, and input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Table Maintenance: Check back on guests regularly for satisfaction, refill beverages, clear finished plates, and wipe down tables.
• Sidework and Cleaning: Reset tables between seatings, restock station supplies, complete opening or closing cleaning checklists, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years experience as a server or bartender in casual dining, restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 Years old to apply.
• Knowledge of Utah food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously in high-energy settings.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in retail math, catering, brewing or hospitality industries is advantageous.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
