Our client in Broomall is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
- Monday-Friday 830am-5pm
- $22/hr.
- Casual Dress Code
- Healthcare benefits after 30 days
Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Ability to answer phones in a clear, friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with customer request – Part Research, Availability, Order Processing, etc.
- Generating purchase orders; processing payments and credits
- Providing follow up and tracking upon request
- Additional responsibilities as required
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service / call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot or deescalate situations
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
