Licensed Insurance Agent Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM
- Pay Rate: $20-25/hr based on skills and experience

Licensed Insurance Agent Job Description:
- Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close deals.
- Grow client base through phone prospecting, referrals, and networking with key external contacts.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues or escalate as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, even from initial cold outreach.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by management.
Licensed Insurance Agent Job Requirements:
- Must possess an active license in Property and Casualty in Virginia
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and servicing required; experience in an independent agency is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
- Excellent communication skills/phone skills required
