We’re looking for a driven, bilingual (Spanish/English) temp-to-hire Recruiter to join our successful team in Chicago. In this role, you’ll be dedicated to recruiting for a single client and will play a hands-on part in building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Source and attract top talent across multiple markets
- Recruit for high-volume professional roles with a focus on quality and speed
- Manage the full recruiting cycle: from screening and talent calls to interviews and offer coordination
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and guide them through the hiring process
- Coordinate and build relationships with hiring managers across different markets
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within an ATS
- Responsible for meeting daily and weekly KPIs including phone outreach, emails, and effective use of recruiting platforms
- Provide weekly candidate submittals to the client and ensure consistent pipeline management
- Support recruiting initiatives, from pipeline development to offer acceptance
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of recruiting experience (either with an agency or high-volume in-house environment)
- Strong track record recruiting high-volume professional or sales roles
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Extremely organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles and markets at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word
- Quick to learn ATS systems
- Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in fast-paced settings
- Ready to start immediately
