Pay: $29-30/hour

Job Duties:
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Solar panel installation
- Going through pile of solar panels to be organized
- Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions.
- Materials staging.
- General job site cleanup and organization.
- Ability to work full shift
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
