- Lead and supervise a small team on-site
- Perform residential remodel and addition work
- Oversee and execute demolition and structural retrofits
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and designs
- Coordinate workflow and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and job site safety
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a carpentry foreman or crew lead
- Strong background in residential remodeling
- Ability to confidently read and follow blueprints and plans
- Must have your own carpenter tools and tool bags
- Experience leading a team and keeping projects organized
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
