Must-Have Skills:
5 years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering, preferably in commercial avionics or aerospace systems, or 3 years with an advanced degree in a related field.
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Experience with systems engineering development processes, including requirements management.
Experience developing product-level requirements from customer and industry specifications.
Experience decomposing requirements to support software and hardware development.
Experience with real-time embedded system design and development.
Experience with integration, troubleshooting, verification planning, test cases, test procedures, system verification, and test reports.
Knowledge of avionics systems such as CISS, ACAS, Transponder, Navigation, and Communication systems.
Experience with Boeing 787 or commercial aerospace platforms.
Familiarity with aerospace standards and development processes such as ARP-4754.
Strong design, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Must be able to work onsite in Melbourne, Florida.
