Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the front desk representative and first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally
• Maintain visitor logs and oversee sign-in/sign-out procedures
• Monitor and administer facility access, including gate entry systems
• Schedule and prepare conference rooms, including basic technology support
• Coordinate onsite meetings, events, and facility tours
• Perform administrative duties including scanning, filing, and assembling presentation materials
• Create and manage employee badges and security access
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and equipment tracking
• Support onboarding activities and other administrative projects as needed
• Monitor office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Coordinate with IT support for escalated concerns
Requirements:
• Previous administrative, receptionist, or office coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office systems
• Ability to work onsite consistently
