Position Overview
- We are seeking Electronics Technicians to support testing, troubleshooting, and production of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- This role involves hands-on work with electronic systems, including component-level troubleshooting, testing, calibration, and repair, ensuring products meet performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate test equipment and apparatus for electronic assemblies and subassemblies.
- Perform testing of circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and electronic units following established procedures and standards.
- Conduct component-level troubleshooting on analog, digital, and RF circuits.
- Interpret schematic diagrams to isolate and resolve failures.
- Adjust, calibrate, and maintain electronic test systems and assemblies.
- Repair and correct malfunctions by replacing or adjusting components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision test equipment in daily tasks.
- Analyze test results and recommend product or process improvements.
- Assist engineers in developing test procedures for new products.
- Document maintenance and testing activities using Microsoft Office and data collection systems.
- Support quality assurance processes and production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience testing electronic assemblies.
- Strong experience with component-level troubleshooting of:
- Solid-state circuits
- Digital circuits
- RF circuits
- Experience using schematics for fault isolation.
- Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, such as:
- Digital multimeters
- Oscilloscopes
- Signal generators
- RF power meters
- Network analyzers
- Experience with flying probe testing (required).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in RF testing and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with radar systems.
- Military “backshop” experience involving repair and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
- Additional technical training or Associate degree in Electronics or related field.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
