This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) specializing in Pediatrics, located in Largo, MD. The CNA will support pediatric patients by assisting with daily care routines, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in a child’s condition. Responsibilities include providing compassionate patient care, aiding with mobility and hygiene, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe environment for young patients and adhering to established healthcare protocols.
- Proficiency in providing patient care, particularly for pediatric patients, including assistance with hygiene, feeding, and mobility
- Ability to monitor and report changes in patient vital signs and conditions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with healthcare teams, children, and families
- Knowledge of healthcare safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and active certification in good standing
