🚨 Now Hiring: Pharmacist – Hood River, OR 🚨

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Hood River, Oregon.

📍 Location: Hood River, OR

📅 Start Date: ASAP

⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks

🕒 Shift: Day Shift | 4x10 Hours (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

💰 Pay Rate: $60–$68 per hour

🔹 Requirements:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License required

• Minimum 1 year of Pharmacist experience

• Outpatient Infusion experience required

• Epic experience preferred

• Home Health Infusion and Pyxis experience preferred

🔹 Job Duties:

• Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and safely

• Assess prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and allergies

• Prepare and oversee outpatient infusion therapies

• Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care

• Maintain accurate patient medication records using Epic EMR

• Monitor patient outcomes and medication effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility pharmacy regulations

• Manage inventory, medication storage, and controlled substances

• Utilize Pyxis and other pharmacy automation systems as needed
