What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Coordinator position at People Integra (A Business Integra Group Company)?
Looking for candidates with 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning/Scheduling within manufacturing or industrial environments, with strong hands-on experience using CMMS tools such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems. Candidate should have experience creating preventive maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams, and handling downtime/reliability reporting.
Strong understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), maintenance coordination, backlog management, and maintenance documentation/compliance is important. Preference for candidates having exposure to mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems along with strong Excel and communication skills.
