Position Summary
The Project Manager will support HA (High Assurance) process qualification, documentation, and substantiation efforts. This onsite role ensures projects execute efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. You'll drive process optimization, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver clear stakeholder communications to support HA initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and streamlining.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate project updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a business environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, presentation packages, databases, and spreadsheets (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with Adobe software for creating/modifying PDF files.
- Proven experience in process documentation and substantiation.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team environments.
