Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be actively involved in the compounding inspection, and packaging of products within a dynamic manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality output.
- 1st shift 11am - 7:45pm
- Monday-Friday (Saturdays & OT as Needed)
- Payrate: $17.50/ Hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist batchers/compounders with the preparation of ingredients for production.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and pour ingredients according to production formulas and instructions.
- Stage and organize ingredients for upcoming production batches.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards at all times.
- Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and organized.
- Support production team with additional tasks as needed to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to accurately measure ingredients and follow detailed instructions or formulas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
