Monday - Friday 5am-2pm
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment where efficiency, safety, and quality are paramount. We are seeking candidates who will be responsible for all aspects of production functions including the bending, belling, splitting, and threading of straight pipe as well as preparing product for customer delivery while maintaining the production area in a safe and orderly fashion.
Duties
- Sets up, adjusts and operates bending machinery and equipment to bend PVC and conduit to specifications
- Fabricates conduit directly from instructions without supervision
- Operates forklift to pull materials from stock and select the tools needed for fabrications
- Inspects end product to ensure accuracy
- Palletizes, wraps, stacks, and properly tags material once requests have been filled
- Completes all required paperwork in a correct and timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards
- Communicate with other departments if necessary
- Safely operates all the necessary equipment in work area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the manufacturing environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist other departments if needed
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, or warehouse operations is beneficial
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Position requires constant standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing
- High school diploma or GED recommended

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
