The HR Generalist supports the day-today operations of the Human Resources function. This position is responsible for recruitment support, onboarding, HR record keeping, benefits administration, and providing frontline support to employees. The HR Generalist ensures consistent application of policies and processes, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and organizational practices.

- Conductnewhireorientation,ensurecompletionofonboardingforms,andcoordinateexitlogistics.
- Serveasthefirstpointofcontactforemployeequestionsandconcerns;escalatecomplexmatterstoHRleadership.
- Trackattendance,providebasicunioninformationtoemployees,anddocumentgrievances.
- ApplyHRpoliciesconsistently;maintainpersonnelfiles;supportHRaudits.
- Assistemployeeswithbenefitenrollments,changes,claims,andleaveforms;maintainbenefitrecords.
- UpdateHRISwithnewhires,terminations,andchanges;processpayrollinputs.
- Trackperformanceevaluations,sendreminders,andensureformsarecompletedandfiled.
- Coordinatelogisticsfortrainingsessions;maintaintrainingandprofessionaldevelopmentrecords.
- Supportemployeeengagementsurveysandevents;promoterecognitionprograms.
- RunstandardHRreports(headcount,turnover,compliance).
- Providesupportandadministrativefollow-upforHRprojectsasneeded.
Qualifications
- BachelorsdegreeinHumanResources,Business,orrelatedfield,orequivalentexperience.
- 24yearsofHumanResourcesexperience.
- KnowledgeofHRlawsandpractices.
- Strongorganizationalanddetail-orientedskills.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. (ADP Experience preferred).
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
