Penz Automotive Group is hiring for a Business Development Manager to support and lead our BDC team.
This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound service calls, driving appointment volume, and helping keep service departments full and productive. The manager works closely with Service Managers, Advisors, and Parts Departments to ensure great customer experience and support dealership service goals.

Essential Functions
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Service BDC Representatives.
- Monitor inbound call handling, appointment setting, and customer follow-up.
- Provide regular reporting on appointments, call activity, and team performance.
- Work closely with Service Managers, Advisors, and Parts teams to help maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Create and distribute monthly service manifests and outbound call campaigns.
- Drive service appointments through customer retention and service marketing efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferrred Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience
- Previous experince in customer service, business development center, or call center operations
- Previous leadership or management experience
